Are your pieces handmade?
Yes. Every piece is individually handmade in the UK, with care and attention to detail. Due to this, each item is slightly unique.

How many pieces are available?
All drops are limited. Once a style or size sells out, it will not be restocked in the same fabric.

Can I create my own set?
Yes. Our pieces are designed to be mixed and matched. You can choose your preferred top, bottom style, and size to create a set that fits you perfectly.

How do I choose the right size?
Each product includes a size guide. If you are between sizes or unsure, we recommend sizing up or contacting us for guidance.

How long does shipping take?
All items are handmade to order. Please allow 3 working days for production, followed by standard shipping times at checkout.

Do you accept returns?
Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our pieces, we do not offer returns. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will resolve it.

Can I request custom pieces or adjustments?
We may be able to accommodate custom requests depending on fabric availability. Please contact us before placing your order.

Where are you based?
All pieces are designed and handmade in Wales, UK.

How should I care for my swimwear?
We recommend hand washing in cold water and air drying to maintain quality and longevity.
